Areas of Practice

Criminal Defence and Prosecution work at all levels. Prosecution undertaken for Probation Service, Department of Work and Pensions, Local Authorities as well as the Crown Prosecution Service. Defence work has included manslaughter, rape, robbery, domestic violence, fraud, customs and excise evasion, harassment and cases involving anti-social behaviour orders and proceeds of crime.

Family work also undertaken, namely childcare, adoption, contact and residence, acting for parents, extended family members and the local authority.

County Court small claims and injunctions for both the claimant and the defendant.
Personal injury advices on liability and quantum acting for both claimant and defendant, all advices are promptly returned via e-mail as well as DX to ensure swift response.
